1. Purpose

These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between BitBate (the "Company") and its members in connection with the services provided by the Company.

2. Definitions

  1. "Member" means a person who agrees to these terms, creates an account, and uses the service.
  2. "UID linking" means submitting a UID that can be verified on an exchange to connect a member account with an exchange account.
  3. "Accrual (payback)" means a refund amount calculated based on exchange policies and the Company’s operating rules recorded within the service.
  4. "Withdrawal" means the process by which a member requests a payout of their service balance (or accrued payback).

3. Posting and amendments

  1. The Company posts these terms within the service so that members can easily access them.
  2. The Company may amend these terms within the bounds of applicable law and will announce the effective date and reasons in advance.

4. Registration and account management

  1. Membership is completed when a user applies per the Company’s procedures and the Company approves the application.
  2. Members are responsible for managing their account information (including passwords) and may not transfer or lend their accounts to third parties.
  3. The Company may request additional verification or restrict certain features if it deems necessary for security or fraud prevention.

5. Services

  1. Exchange information and partner link guidance
  2. UID-based linking and linking status management
  3. Display of accrual (payback) history and balance management
  4. Withdrawal request intake and processing status updates

The Company may change, add, or discontinue any part of the service and will provide notice when required.

6. Accrual (payback) and withdrawals

  1. Accrual amounts and timing may vary based on exchange data updates, partner policies, and the Company’s operating standards.
  2. Withdrawal requests may include review processes for security, fraud prevention, and compliance, which can take time.
  3. The Company is not liable for accrual or withdrawal delays caused by issues beyond its reasonable control, such as exchange/network outages, delays, or policy changes.

7. Restrictions and termination

  1. The Company may restrict service use or terminate the contract if a member violates applicable law or these terms, or if fraudulent use is suspected.
  2. Members may request account deletion at any time, which will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for damages to members arising from the following causes:

  • Exchange/blockchain network outages, delays, or policy changes
  • Poor account management by members or unauthorized use by third parties
  • Market volatility or profits/losses arising from trading
  • Force majeure or reasons beyond the Company’s reasonable control

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

If disputes arise between the Company and members related to these terms, the parties will seek to resolve them through mutual consultation. If consultation fails, disputes will follow procedures set forth by applicable law. Governing law and jurisdiction are based on the Company’s registered headquarters (adjust as needed for the operating entity).
